What's included, what's not.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days, no credit card. You start with full access to whichever plan you pick. We email you a reminder 7 days before the trial ends. Cancel anytime.
Do you bill annually or monthly?
Annual. We've found this works best for school budgets and lets us keep prices predictable.
Can I add more teachers later?
Yes. You can upgrade plans at any time. The cost is prorated against the time remaining on your current plan.
What happens to student progress if we cancel?
You can export all progress data (CSV + JSON) before cancelling. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you renew, then deleted.
Do you offer purchase orders?
Yes for Multi-Classroom, Site License, and District plans. Email us with your district details.
Can I credit my Practice subscription toward the full PAES Lab?
Yes. Subscribers who upgrade to the full PAES Lab can credit up to 100% of one year of Practice fees toward Lab purchase. Talk to us when you're ready.
